Shipping
We ship within 24 hours in most cases. If you place your order on the weekend, it will go out the next business day.
We ship our tags in a zip close bag inside a bubble mailer envelope.
We send all products by regular USPS mail unless otherwise requested or international.
International shipping is available and we will do research for the lowest shipping cost available before we ship, then bill you for that cost.
We will NOT mark up costs on shipping, only charge you what we are charged.
We do not include shipping insurance but it is offered at the time of purchase.
We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible and in the order they are received. If we get backed up for any reason, we still do our best to get the orders out but the processing time may be slightly delayed.
Free shipping is only to the United States and is sent by USPS Priority Mail. We do have international and UPS ground shipping options available.
Ordering, Fonts, and Etching Information
During the ordering process, you will be prompted to input your wording as you want it etched and for the type of font you would like. Please select your font from the link below and just type in the style in the box on the ordering page. Click on the link below for a list of the available fonts. If no font is selected, we will use the fonts shown in the display photos on the products page or choose a font of our choice. If you do not wish to have etching applied, please state "no etching" on the "what would you like etched?" when ordering.

When ordering by mail, please call in your credit card information so we can process your order as soon as we receive it.
Please Note
Under some circumstances, the etching will tend to fade. If you place these tags under another one on the collar, the rubbing will eventually fade the etching. This usually does not happen for quite a few months (around 6-9 months depending on how active your pet is and the elements). The etching will not come off or fade if it is placed in front of the other tags. Remember to remove the tags and the collar before bathing or grooming as well. If you treat these as you would jewelry, they will last forever.

We only accept PayPal through this website. If you would like to place your order using a credit card, please email us your order information and we will invoice you through Google Checkout. Or you can mail us a check with an order form to the address below at the bottom of the page. However, we will not process your order until payment has cleared.
